    • Avoid smoking and excessive alcohol consumption: Smoking and excessive alcohol consumption can dehydrate your skin, making it look dry and dull.

    Hydration is crucial for maintaining healthy skin. Drinking enough water and taking care of your skin can help prevent dryness, flakiness, and wrinkles. By following these tips, you can keep your skin looking healthy and hydrated.
