Everyone desires to stay beautiful and young, but due to time, our skin ages and forms a lot of wrinkles or dullness, making our skin look aged. Few of us hardly take care of our skin initially, which results in skin aging quickly, but those who maintain it can retain their glow for a more extended period. Now, if you are willing to do Collagen rejuvenation (ฟื้นฟูคอลลาเจน, which is a term in Thai), then there is a treatment for that which will help you with the process.

    What Is The Treatment?

The treatment is for those who have attained wrinkles, dullness, and skin becomes saggy; it is called sculptra. Sculptra is a kind of acid particle injected inside the skin to boost the collagen property to make the skin more glowing and rejuvenating. It acts deep inside the skin and helps make the tissue and the skin firmer. The result can be seen after a few weeks, and an individual can feel their skin is becoming younger.

    What Is The Process?

This treatment is time-consuming to regain glow. After injecting Sculptra, changes can be seen after 2 or 3 weeks. It’s not a one-time process, and this solution must be injected 2 or 3 times after the fourth or sixth week to get the best results. It lasts for two years or 25 months. As the solution goes deep inside, it helps produce collagen, making the skin glow.

    What Are The Side Effects?

As such, there are no side effects. At first, you will feel a bit of swelling or pain, but gradually, it will vanish after taking proper care or medications. Drinking and smoking are strictly prohibited before the treatment, and a few food restrictions are also there. Doctors will take a thorough medical history if the patient is allergic to anything. Otherwise, the patients enjoy this process of seeing the result.

So, if you plan to do Collagen rejuvenation treatment, consult the best dermatologist and research it, knowing all the advantages and disadvantages of it. As many modern technologies and equipment have come up, the patients will hardly feel anything; only a slight redness or lump can happen, which will vanish after a few days. Temporary fillers last 6 to 18 months and semi-permanent fillers last longer and produce natural collagen. It has been observed that permanent fillers are unsafe, so most patients opt for semi-permanent.
